Today I mixed up a fresh batch of proseal and sealed the inboard rib. Once in place, I 100% clecoed the rib and will wait until a coupe of days to rivet.
The return line and fuel vent line were connected to the fittings with no issues. They still have to be torqued. Still have to route the wire from the BNC thorugh the grommet in the vent line and attach it to the inboard capactive plate.
